Let me start by saying I am not a hypnotherapist. In fact, my only experience with hypnosis and hypnotherapy is as a consumer. So, why do I have a hypno website?
A few years ago I decided to change certain aspects of my life that I felt were holding me back. They were addictions, habits and fears that were doing me no good yet had become a part of my life. They had to go!
At first I saw a local hypnotherapist. I had doubts the first few sessions, probably the same doubts most people who have never tried it have. But sure enough within a couple of months I had addressed these issues with success.
My life was back on track and I had never felt better.
Unfortunately I was not a wealthy man though, and these hypnosis appointment costs were adding up. As much as I wanted to keep ticking off the list of things I wanted to change in my life through hypnosis seeing a unprofessional hypnotist for live sessions was holding me back.
Thats when I started to explore the concept of self hypnosis and hypnosis sessions via cd, dvd and mp3 hypnotic downloads.
I soon found out (after wasting yet more money) that not all is equal in the world of hypnosis and hypnotherapy. Agggghhhh! what a minefield to explore!
Unfortunately anyone can record a hypno script upload it to a website and claim that it will help you - and it is lies! I found so many hypnotists that couldn't even bring me under and even those who could were often selling poorly scripted hypnosis sessions or the quality of the mp3's meant I could hardly hear a word or had my ears blasted by cringeworthy "hypno music".
I even found some who used nasty tricks like embedded subliminals pushing me to buy more from their sites! Others simply did not deliver what they promised. But there was hope - Along the way I also found quality hypnosis websites who did deliver high standard hypno sessions. products that worked and helped me make real changes in my life!
It made me think, how many other like me were being put off by unhelpful hypnosis web sites? How many like me needed the help hypnosis could offer, but had no idea what was a quality hypnosis product and what wasn't?
